I'M YA HUCKLEBERRY (3) resumes from a lengthy break. Finished a tough on pace debut second over 1000m in the G3 Breeders' Plate at Randwick last October. Has looked sharp in his two trial wins and has the speed to figure prominently. THREADS (6) ran third in the Black Opal last prep and comes here third up in a winnable contest. Chipped away late when third over 1200m at Canterbury. Will relish the fast tempo and can finish over the top of these. VELASTRA (12) is a Trapeze Artist filly on debut for the Freedmans. Look much improved in her most recent trial and can make her presence felt in this small field. DULOC (2) strips fitter second-up and looms best of the rest.
