MAHLER'S MELODY (10) sat handy and just missed out on the win, beaten 0.5L at this track and trip 13 days ago. She jumped favourite there and this looks a very suitable race on her last start performance. Needs some luck from out wide but if the breaks come, she'll be hard to hold out. GOD'LL GETYA (7) has trialled strongly in readiness for this. He'll appreciate the drop in grade and he jumped favourite at Northam when fresh last campaign. Has the speed to roll across from the wide draw should they choose to do so and he can make a statement. SATIN BOW (5) can sit handy from the inside draw as she did here last time out, only missing out by 0.8L. Webster's claim sees here right down in the weights still and she can put her best foot forward. GENTLEMAN'S CODE (3) can be prominent in the run and give a bold sight.
